Virginia Inspection Service performs inspections and Radon testing 7 days a week and most holidays. An Inspection includes an in-depth analysis and an written report detailing the condition of your home.

Our central location allows us to provide service over the entire Northern Piedmont of Virginia.

On average, I take 3 hours for a home inspection. I go through every room, every closet, in the attic, and under the house. I check every bathroom, I check most windows and doors for operation, I check most wall receptacles and switches throughout the house. I run appliances, look for termite tunnels and damage, check for mold. I go back to the office, review the inspection and prictures, and create a professional report for you with clear comprehensive information, illustrations, and pictures. Not just a checklist that 's quick and great for an inspector but of little relevance to you.
